 How do I book?
You can use one of the methods that appear in the Technical Specs section of the chosen establishment, telephone, fax, email, or calling us at 902 400 330 (central business). Or via our reservation form on the web. In the latter case, you must select the dates of your stay using the calendar, the number of bedrooms and the type of pension. In less than 1 hour a confirmation or denial email will be sent to you to the email you've specified. Must have at hand a credit card to pay the deposit booking.
 What if there is no availability?
In this case you have two options. The first one is to select other dates. The other one is to send us an email via our contact form and we will contact you asap.
 How can I cancel a booking?
It is very easy. To cancel a reservation you can call the hotel where it was made. A notice of termination will be sent you to your email address. Remember that if you do not notice us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for cancellation costs, (the first night).
 How can I modify a booking?
To change a reservation, either due to an error or because you have changed your plans, you can call the hotel where it was made, or send us an email. A notice of change will be sent to your email address. Remember that if it is a cancellation notice and you do not notice us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for cancellation costs, (the first night).
 I'd like to view a booking
You may contact the hotel, giving the information that appears in your booking confirmation e-mail.
 How and when should I pay?
You can pay by cash or credit card, and always shall be paid at the check out of the hotel, never before, unless prior agreement.
 What sould I do if my credit card is not accepted?
If the bank does not accept credit card, we'll let you know by e-mail. If you wish, you can contact us by phone and we'll fix the incident.

 How is my booking confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you specified at the booking. This email will include details of your reservation. If you think you haven't got it, make sure it's not in your Spam folder. If not so, please contact us and we'll fix the incident. Although not necessary, we recommend that you print out your confirmation and show it at the reception when you get at the hotel
 Are bookings reliable?
Once you have received our email booking confirmation, it will be reliable as it will be recorded in our centralized booking system.
 How can I make grupo reservations?
When making your reservation online, enter the number of rooms to book. If you have special requests, please specify them in the comments or contact the hotel by phone.
 How do I book for children?
When booking online, you can indicate whether they are younger than 3 years old- in which case they may be assigned a cot on request- or if they are older than 3 years.
 What do you do with my personal data?
We keep your information in databases that only a few authorized persons have access to. As a customer, you are entitled to access, modify, cancel or refuse to process your personal data. To do so, send us a request via e-mail telling us your full name and email address.
 How much do you charge my credit card when making the booking via the online form?
0 €.
 In which cases do you refund?
If we make a refund, it will take 2 to 3 days, the time required to process data between banks.

 Can we choose the lounge decoration?
El Grupo HC Hoteles offers you several options for decorating the lounge. We also make available an expert who can advise you. Anyway, if you have an idea of what you want, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it true.
 Do you have your own photographers band or florists?
The Grupo HC Hoteles staff will let you know all the details concerning all these issues.
 I'd like to check that my reservation is correct
To do this you can contact us by calling 902 400 330 or sending us an email, indicating the information on your booking confirmation email.

The budget will be personally submitted to you or will be sent to you the way you select.
